THE SITE
The Bronx Point site is located in the Lower Concourse North area of the South Bronx. Well served by mass transit, the adjacent neighborhood is mixed-use in character with residential, educational, and commercial uses, including the Bronx Terminal Market and Hostos Community College nearby.
The development is located on a long vacant industrial site on the Bronx Harlem River waterfront. The site is adjacent to Mill Pond Park to the north, the Major Deegan Expressway to the east, and the 145th St Bridge to the south.
